What we collect
- To deliver your order:your name, phone number and address. That's the minimum and we don't ask for more.
- Only if you give it: your email, for the receipt and tracking updates.
- On this device:your bag, wishlist and saved AirPods model. That stays in your browser — we don't need a copy.
Who else sees it
Pathao gets your name, phone and address, because someone has to carry the parcel. Nobody else. We don't sell contact lists, we don't rent them, and we don't hand them to other sellers.
Payments
Cash on delivery means we never see a card number or a bKash PIN. If you're ever on a page that asks for one in our name, it isn't us — tell us immediately.
Analytics and ads
We measure which pages lead to orders using Meta and TikTok pixels and Google Analytics. Events are hashed before they're sent — from your browser and from our server alike — so those platforms get a scrambled identifier rather than your raw phone number or email. The scrambling is one-way: it lets TikTok recognise a customer it already knows, and it cannot be turned back into your number by us or by them. Blocking the pixels in your browser costs you nothing here; the site works exactly the same.
Deleting your data
Message us on WhatsApp from the number you ordered with and we'll delete your account, addresses and order history within seven days. We keep the anonymised sales record because we have to for tax.
Children
Podsy isn't aimed at under-13s and we don't knowingly collect their details.
