- Refunds go back by bKash within three working days of us receiving it.
What we need back
The object and whatever it came with — the ring, the carabiner, the little bag. It doesn't need to be pristine; we understand you tried it on your AirPods. Please don't send back something that's been used for a month.
How to start one
Message your order number on WhatsApp. We book the Pathao pickup from our side, so you don't have to go anywhere.
AirPods units
Sealed AirPods carry a six-month service warranty through us. If a unit fails inside that window we repair or replace it. Physical and water damage isn't covered — that's the same everywhere.
