Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we confirm it — usually a call or a WhatsApp message within a few hours. Until then we may cancel, most often because the last one of something sold while you were typing.
Prices
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you place the order. If a price is obviously wrong — a ৳30 pair of AirPods — we'll cancel and tell you rather than quietly ship nothing.
Stock
We import in small batches. When something sells out, the next batch may be a slightly different shade. If the difference is significant we treat it as a new object with a new code rather than restocking the old one.
Product images
Our listing images are rendered to a consistent studio standard so the whole index is comparable. Colour can shift slightly between your screen and the real object. If what arrives isn't what you expected, that's covered by the seven-day exchange.
Coupons
One coupon per order unless a campaign says otherwise. We can withdraw a code at any time, but never on an order already placed.
