What it costs
- Inside Dhaka city — ৳70. Delivered in 24–48 hours.
- Dhaka outskirts (Savar, Ashulia, Keraniganj, Narayanganj, Gazipur, Tongi and nearby) — ৳100. Two to three days.
- Anywhere else in Bangladesh — ৳130. Three to five days.
- Free on orders over ৳1,500, wherever you are.
You don't pick a zone at checkout. Type your address and the fee works itself out — if it guesses wrong you can correct it before placing the order.
Who carries it
Pathao, on every order. You get a tracking link by SMS when it's picked up, and the rider calls before arriving. If you miss the call they'll usually try twice more.
When we dispatch
Orders placed before 6pm go out the same day. After that, next morning. We don't dispatch on Fridays but we do pack, so Saturday orders move early.
Cash on delivery
Pay the rider when the parcel is in your hand. You can open the box and check the fit before paying — that's the whole point of COD and we'd rather you did.
